Meditation & Mindfulness Guidance

Personal instruction in meditation — from beginner foundations to dedicated daily practice.

Meditation guidance with Eileen is a one-on-one practice of building (or rebuilding) a sustainable inner practice. There is no single 'right' meditation for everyone — Vata constitutions need different anchors than Kapha ones, and the technique that helps you sleep is rarely the same one that helps you focus. Eileen begins Transcendental Meditation teacher training with the Maharishi organization in June 2026 and currently teaches mindfulness and breath-anchored techniques drawn from her ongoing M.S. studies in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine.

45–60 minutes per session

Format

One-on-one sessions via Zoom, or in person in Southern Utah. Group meditation classes may be offered seasonally — check the booking widget for current availability.

Who it's for

Adults wanting one-on-one meditation instruction — those who've tried apps and bounced off, those rebuilding a practice after a long pause, and those who simply want a tradition-rooted teacher to start with. No prior experience required.

What to Expect

What happens in a meditation session?

  • A short conversation about your goals, your dosha, and your current life pace
  • Guided instruction in a technique chosen for you — breath-anchored mindfulness, mantra meditation, or simple awareness practices
  • A short live practice together so the technique sticks
  • A take-home practice plan: how long, how often, and when in the day
  • A check-in plan for the next 30 days

How to Prepare

What should you bring?

  • A quiet space free from interruption
  • A comfortable seat — chair or cushion, both fine
  • Headphones if you're on Zoom in a shared space
  • An open mind and a willingness to commit to 10 minutes a day for 30 days
